Guidance Transcript Requests Download and print a Transcript Request Form: PDF
File or MS Word Doc NOTE: All transcript requests require a signature and payment of $2 per transcript. To request a transcript please fill out the form provided. Mail or hand deliver to the Edgewater High School, Guidance Office, 3100 Edgewater Drive, Orlando, Florida 32804-3722, with your $2 payment. In turn, when Edgewater High School receives your request and payment, it will take 3-5 days for us to receive your transcript, process it, and either mail or have it ready for pick-up. Note: For same day retrieval go to the South Learning Community, Records Management Dept. (address below). Edgewater High School can provide transcripts for the current year and back only to 1990, all other years (prior to 1990) will have to be retrieved from:
